Emirates will double its service to Brisbane from June

Emirates Airlines has announced that it will double its flights from Dubai to Brisbane from June 1 as part of the Palaszczuk government's Aviation Investment Attraction Fund.

This deal seeks to improve several things, one of which is an increase in international visitors to Queensland.

Acting Premier of Queensland Stephen Miles said the additional flights would boost Queensland's tourism industry with $75 million in visitor spending.
